Founded in 2016 by three undergraduate students at Nanyang Technological University, one of the top schools in Singapore, bespoke tailoring service SuitYourself anticipates the needs and endeavours of city’s professional male demographic. As of late, the young entrepreneurs have lifted their operations to a new level by relocating its downtown store to a new and bigger premises in the city’s Serangoon Garden area. Designed by local interior design practice Four Eighths Studio, the understated, highly functional settings feature an infusion of metal, captured by meticulously crafted furnishings and fixtures which sustain the SuitYourself‘s daily operations. The new store, which can only be accessed by making an online appointment, sees a number of sections, each one dedicated to the elaborate suit-making process.
SuitYourself offers its discerning clientele custom suit tailoring, personalised fittings, and also consultations with expert stylists. The store features a section where clients sit back and choose from an elaborate collection of premium fabrics and styles. Unsurprisingly, given the founders’ training, SuitYourself uses modern technology to perfect its operations, and customers can rely on an innovative 3D body scanner unit which ensures a perfect fit with every garment. In addition to offering top-tier tailoring services, SuitYourself is committed to sustainability. As such, the shop sources eco-friendly fabrics and employs sustainable practices in the creation of each garment, ensuring that clients can look good while feeling good about their fashion choices. © superfuture
