JW Anderson is on a roll! In celebration of the release of his very first men’s and women’s sneaker line for his eponymous fashion brand, the Northern Irish designer has collaborated with ten artists and friends from far flung places such as Tokyo, Paris, New York and Seoul, but also from London, to customise the leather and canvas high-top sneakers, and the highly eclectic result is currently put on display at the JW Anderson boutique in London. The participating creatives include Pol Anglada, Jae-suk Kim, Alya Hatta, Shiomi Wada, Rudy Lim, MAMACOMMA, and honno, and their artfully revamped sneaker models are exhibited on the shelves lining the windows, tucked in between the brand’s coveted sneaker merchandise.
