Yes, Milan Fashion Week is back with a big bang after a two-year hiatus, and just for a few days, it’s the global epicentre of sartorial excellence. You may think it’s only Italian brands which are taking advantage of this momentum, but French cult fashion brand JACQUEMUS proves otherwise. Last December, the brand launched its much-publicised JACQUEMUS 24/24 pop-up store, an event we covered in a previous post, in the Marais district of Paris, and now, during Milan‘s fashion hoopla, a second ephemeral space opens its doors today at 10am. Operating 24/7 for three days until Sun – Feb 28 (midnight), the JACQUEMUS 24/24 pop-up store is situated in the courtyard of Palazzo Clerici, a former patrician family’s grand residence in the city’s Duomo district. In stark contrast with the first pop-up store in the French capital, this one’s all white, outside and inside. The interior setting comprises walls vending machine walls, all filled with the latest JACQUEMUS trophies, such as Le bob Gadjo bucket hats, Le Bambino bags, and Le sweatshirt Jacquemus, all in matching white of course. Mind you, payment is by card only.
