Following a flower pop-up store at the very beginning of Spring, JACQUEMUS launches a new ephemeral space today at home base Paris, and mind you, it’s for three days only! Aptly dubbed JACQUEMUS 24/24, the fashion brand has dedicated a space in the city’s Marais district exclusively to its new and brazenly pink Bambino Long handbag. Knowing the brand’s quirky and playful approach to fashion, the pop-up store has tunred out anything but plain, and sees a bold pink façade and an interior filled with vending machines, similar to Japan‘s convenience stores and street side snack bars in Amsterdam. Obviously, it’s all pink inside as well. This launch is part of the fashion house’s PINK 2 capsule collection, and next to the aforementioned trophy bag, the vending machines also feature Belgian artist Ann Vincent‘s collaborative Le Rond Carré candle, and the brand’s very own Le bob Gadjo bucket hat, Le bob Artichaut hat and PINK scarf, and yes, they’re all in matching pink. Payment is by card only (open 24/7 through Sun – Dec 5 at midnight).

Publishers Note
Just to be clear – superfuture® is a design blog and not a political commentator. No surprise there. The scope of our content has always been global and borderless, however that can often mean covering projects in countries where we will not agree with the politics or actions of those countries. In a world that’s as screwed up as ever right now, the focus of our support is to those designers, architects and other creatives who aim to make the world a more liveable one – as opposed to people that try their hardest to destroy it. So if a project hits our desk and we like it based on its design credentials, we may choose to publish regardless of its location or creators nationality. superfuture® has always been inclusive and hopes for all current wars, aggression, violence, hate and extremism to end.
