A longtime fixture in Japan‘s retail landscape is raising its profile overseas. We’re talking United Arrows‘ new store in Shanghai. The store occupies a lofty unit of approx. 3,807 sq.ft. (364 sqm.) set across two floors at Jing’An Kerry Centre, an upscale shopping centre in the heart of the city, and features an interior design created by the brand’s in-house design team in Tokyo. Clean and simple, the retail space features a backdrop of sand-coloured walls, paired with fixtures and displays in a matching hue, and all offset by soft blue carpeting. The new United Arrows store, the Japanese retailer’s first directly controlled retail space in China, and offers a carefully curated collection of women’s apparel. A total of six items will be available from United Arrows, Beauty & Youth United Arrows, and h collections. Additionally, the United Arrows store will be planning its first collaboration items with the Chinese apparel and shoe brand Pane, holding a pop-up event, and offering limited quantities of items. © superfuture
