the name roughly translates into 'jeepers creepers' and concerns in fact a soviet equivalent of macdonald's with branches just about everywhere. food here is basic, relatively cheap and is in fact inspired by uzbek cuisine. believe it or not: this very profitable chain of cheap eateries belongs to local celeb restaurateur arkady novikov who's better known for his upmarket ventures. one is the swanky vogue café, located directly across the street.
