[actually store closed year ago... ] extremely superfresh and edgy new [10.2006] ksubi 'space' inspired by the 'cardboard homes in the slums of madrid' located smack bang in the middle of totally unslummy armadale in suburban melbourne. [think burgandy volvos, georgian antiques, designer babies, le creuset casserole dishes, prue and trude, etc]. on the surface, this would appear to be the most unlikely store location ever... but the somewhat radical contrast with all the bland retail wank that surrounds it is what makes it quite brilliant. genius i say. 10 points.
