there are two menu, japanese and indo-chine, and two bars, sake and sushi. try the giant prawns, flaky sea bass marinated in sake and miso and lobster tail and claws wok-fried in cheddar-cheese batter. great appetizers include vietnamese beef carpaccio garnished with mint, and shrimp cakes on a sugar cane stick. spring rolls are served in a glass with a tangy sauce on the side. sushi offerings range from traditional to innovative from executive chef tam huynh, formerly of royal tokyo, and master sushi chef

steel is so superfuture because the food is a fusion of many asian cultures. order sushi along with korean style beef and mandarin style chicken. it all works here in this warmly lit contemporary atmosphere that is not as cold as its name.
