the yabani chef is an experimental guy. my favorites would be the salmon sushi with philadelphia cheese and the crunchy salmon skin chips with béarnaise sauce.

put on your best gear and show some attitude to blend in with the snooty locals.

interior

you can't help but interpret the two-storey building as a sign of the 'new' beirut that emerges slowly from its ashes. located smack in the middle of the former demarcation line, it's surrounded by a fast decreasing number of damaged and dilapidated buildings.
