products

tasty combinations of kebab, humus, chicken, falafel and rice...served in royal portions.

clientele

if the united nations were a restaurant, bazar would be it.

service

top of the bill.

interior

a striking spacious two-level space. but then again, this used to be a place of worship. the bar sits pretty in the middle. around it, you see a bedazzling interior with floral tiles adoring one side, moroccan filigrain chandeliers dangle from the ceiling, crates of oranges in the corner. the charmingly uncoordinated aesthetics [is it really?] match well with the rather disastrous acoustics [for real!].

the name kind of says it all. popular restaurant in an oriental bazar setting, serving mainly dishes from turkey and the middle east.
