a double exhibition opening with twice as much fun, and art obviously. we're talking the intriguing visual magic that photographer + filmmaker peter sutherland has concocted in collab with perks and mini's creative multitasker misha hollenbach. the two have been invited by paris-based collective classic and fashion trade show salon man to create a new body of work that straddles various disciplines. both reside in entirely different parts of the world, sutherland in new york city and hollenbach in melbourne, and have been using e-mail back and forth to come up with the wonderful stuff that'll be put on display here in paris.

while sutherland is known for using traditional documentary photography techniques to capture the 'hidden' beauty of regular objects and daily situations, hollenbach's approach to creativity is wildly eclectic, investigative and aims to project a new essence. as said, their exhibition is two-fold. the first show is titled greatest the shitty, and opens at the classic pop-up gallery [1] on thu - jun 27 [6pm-9pm]. the second show, called the greatest shitty, opens fri - jun 28 [6pm-6pm] at salon man. location [1]: classic pop-up gallery, 20 rue notre dame de nazareth [marais]. location [2]: salon man, 25 rue yves toudic [canal st.-martin].
