following the opening of a stellar concept store at hong kong's silvercord mall - an event we talked about in a previous post - high-end retailer i.t expands its presence there with yet another store. also situated in the basement section, it's a hybrid venue anchored by exi.t, a multi-brand retail concept dedicated to streetwear. the entire retail space encompasses no less than 6,000 sq.ft. [557 sqm.], divided into three shopping zones, each featuring a modern aesthetic infused with lots of timber elements, semi-open ceilings and sophisticated lighting systems. as said, exi.t is the most prominent store, welcoming shoppers on the premises by way of futuristic passageways with built-in window displays and covered in led-screens. walls dipped in black are paired with concrete flooring, and simple, understated furniture pieces dot the space. the offerings at exi.t include the very best of streetwear, featuring brands such as off-white, a bathing ape, marcelo burlon, adidas and neighborhood.

the following section is dedicated to double-park, another one of i.t's alluring retail concepts. here, the décor morphs into something a tad more polished with walls and ceiling covered in slats of timber and furnished with boxy displays and cabinets, all in a style that aims to fuses elements of today's pop culture. what's on the shelves? another range of tightly curated premium brands, including alife, new balance, staple, carhartt and nixon. and last but certainly not least, there's a special domain for musium div., a streetwear brand founded by i.t only three years ago. the setting matches the clothing line's dark, gothic and punk-inspired style, featuring a myriad of old design details, and it's the perfect backdrop for the full range of items available here. location: silvercord, 30 canton road, shop LG31 [tsim sha tsui].
