Well…who knew? FACETASM and Coca-Cola have dropped a surprise collection-within-a-collection with Japanese style guru Hiroshi Fujiwara, and not just at any place, but at THE CONVENI, the convenience store-inspired shop at Ginza Sony Park in Tokyo. It’s in fact a special three-way capsule collection between FACETASM, Coca-Cola and THE CONVENI, featuring a range of limited edition items which pay homage to Japanese convenience store culture, and signalling Coca-Cola as a fave drink along the way. Shoppers will be able to shop the collection like they are in a 24-hour supermarket, pulling various limited edition, packaged items from the shelves and refrigerators, to add to their baskets and carts. Fujiwara and FACETASM have designed a collection featuring the ultimate convenience store items. There is a special T-shirt that comes in three color ways – grey, white and black. The T-shirts and socks are packaged in beverage-style PET bottles, and will be retailed straight from the cold drinks chiller. Branded umbrellas will also be available, to help with any unexpected summer downpours. Shower slides will round out the collection (available through Aug 4).
