[shop is closing may 2006 with a temporary shop opening around the corner on kotto-dori near max mara...new shop details tba] for one stop a-list designer furniture head straight to idée. there is also cafe idée upstairs which is popular, cute, and not a bad spot for an afternoon shopping pitstop. it also has a connecting gallery space and bookstore on the 3rd floor. idée is one of the main organizers of - tokyo designers block - held each october. idée also have a workshop in setagaya.
