always count on them for a good cuppa java, bits of pastry that somehow always fail to interest me... for fear i might drop some crumbs on my precious laptop.

service

it's a make-you-a-cup-of-coffee-and-you-pay kinda place... but the free wireless internet is great!

interior

charming place with wooden chairs, shaky wooden tables and wooden floor with art on walls... always interesting music playing in the background and great reading material on toilet wall - go read.

if you are looking for a mellower place to have coffee in the castro, you might want to check out the jumpin' java coffee house. usually very quiet and serene, none of those screaming queens... free wireless internet - great place to bring your laptop on a date. everyone here does... kinda geeky atmosphere, but in a good way.
