mountain bar is an art gallery as well as a bar, meaning they don't serve food. though the drinks are cheap and the interior isrelatively small. go upstairs and it can either be an art gallery or dance floor.
local artists and chinese crowd take up this bar. some nights can be crowded and some nights no one at all!!
service here is good. the bouncer never give you any trouble and the bar tenders are incredibly friendly.
