hot, vibrant, and somewhat industrial tapas bar by michelin star chef jason atherton and yenn wong. somewhat experimental food. the dexal like substance with beetroot dish was nice. mayonnaise looked like charcoal nail polish and tasted pretty good too. no reservations.
