anything braised, sautéed, salted or marinated, in addition to stews served in cast iron pots, suckling pig from the rotisserie and traditional offal dishes. as a nod to the building's past, the place features a private dining room, dubbed the kosher classroom, where a traditional shabbat dinner is served on friday evenings.
an interior inspired by berlin's roaring 1920s-30s, injected with matching luxe: hand-made tiles, murano chandeliers and velvet-clad chairs.
