berlin's quirky helmrinderknecht pop-up gallery lands in zurich for a temporary showcase. dubbed edition 21, it opens today at the entrance hall of a former downtown office building. the space has been transformed into a showroom, featuring an interesting variety of works from a range of international designers, including jerszy seymour, judith seng, flynn talbot, makkink + bey and samare studio. mind you, there's a keen focus on limited edition design that's right at the interface of art and design, and a selection of new objects will be exhibited here for the first time. the exhibition is complemented by a bookshop presented by hochparterre bücher, and there's also a selection of vintage karabagh kelims on display [on through feb 25]. location: bleicherweg 21 [downtown].
