tokyo: tomoki kurokawa + tatjana doll

opening sat - may 21 at nanzuka underground is a dual exhibition by artists tomoki kurokawa and tatjana doll. kurokawa hails from mie prefecture, he is a self-taught artist who started out doing illustration and web design but switched to painting later on. doll is a german artist who uses the entire spectrum of things that symbolize the state of our modern times, from children's toys to automobiles, airplanes and traffic signs. both artists are known to strive for innovation within the medium of painting, as their series of bold new works will demonstrate. location: 3-1-15 shirokane, 2nd floor [minato-ku]. © nanzuka underground / tomoki kurokawa
