hailing from seoul where it already has a large following, tom greyhound is a high-end concept store with a uniquely curated range of items. its distinct international outlook is reflected in the merchandise, and it wasn't very surprising that the store expanded abroad last year to open an outpost in paris. and now, in celebration of its first anniversary on french soil and the kick-off of the high-profile france-korea year, the concept store makes another high-profile mark by launching a pop-up store inside galeries lafayette department store. the temporary retail space is stocked with a similarly eclectic selection of 15 predominantly korean women's brands, including a specially commissioned capsule collection by wanda nylon [open through apr 4]. and next to the pop-up store twelve tom greyhound window installations can be seen along boulevard haussmann. location: galeries lafayette, 40 boulevard haussmann, ground floor [opéra].
