taking a next big step, the perfume house has recently opened its first flagship store on prestigious rue st.-honoré in the french capital. the new brick and mortar presence is a three-dimensional extrapolation of the perfume brand, reflecting the brand's core values and vision. designed by christophe pillet, it's a retail space that's both initmate and distinctly modern, featuring a palette comprised of shiny metal, white marble, wood and felt. as said, ex nihilo is all about discovery and personalisation, and the store aptly accommodates with a nifty setting that features suspended worktables and innovative fragrance testers.
