a number of names* knows a thing or two about proper streetwear regalia. the london-based company has forged a new collab with ebbets field flannels, another knowledgeable entity in the style game, to create this season's most stylish cap. mind you, previously a number of names* made caps in navy with the latter's trademark itc lubalin graph typeface around the cap spelling out a n o n *, but these never made it onto the shelves as they were for just for staff, friends and family. the new version however, is for a wider circle of streetwear connoisseurs. now crafted in an appealing bright red, it spells out a n o n * 2.0 in a new 2.0 eurostile bold condensed font. a number of names* first introduced this font into their corporate identity when scott king was commissioned to over see the companies website in 2011. the trophy caps are made in u.s.a. – indeed, where else? – with double felt appliqué and embroidery detail, and are exclusively available online.
