promoting a car in way that isn't obvious is no mean feat as the range of connotations is limited and...yes, very obvious. or perhaps not? in sync with the innovation behind the vauxhall ampera, the eco-friendly trophy model of the brit car manufacturer, a new and artistic approach has been launched to draw attention to its green qualities. acclaimed visual wizzard max hattler was commissioned a multimedia installation which is currently on display at the king's cross filling station. a promotional film is shown on a giant screen of water, rising from the nearby regent's canal, and is one of six projects forming the vauxhall ampera season at this venue [on through sep 16 / every hour between 8pm-10pm]. location: good's way [king's cross].
