london: whose coat is that jacket you’re wearing?

hilarious, whether it's really true or not. we're talking whose coat is that jacket you’re wearing?, an exhibition by artist mike ballard that opens today at walker's tailor. apparently he's been stealing coats from london clubs and pubs for ten years, and now he wants to get it off his chest by showcasing his trophies to the public. the show is presented by the makers' union and features hundreds of catalogued, hijacked coats are on display that visitors can even claim back. yes, it's supposedly part of the artist's self-imposed therapeutic process. location: 157 robert street [regent's park]. © the makers' union
