dover street market has anticipated the arrival of frieze art fair's latest edition with a number of store installations that wouldn't look out of place on the premises of the renowned fair at kensington park. as with all of the store's artistic expressions, its frantically busy creative director rei kawakubo has once again supervised the subllime settings that adorn the floors of this highly adventurous emporium. the shop windows feature works by art magazine raw vision and hundreds of bottles covered with imagery from the publication. the recently inaugurated louis vuitton space presents the icon and the iconoclasts project of six exclusive bags, including one by rei kawakubo. the elusive high priestess has even whipped up an installation, using art work by french set designer nicolas buffe and a series of comme des garçons tees have also been thrown into the artsy equation. obviously, these are just a few of the highlights for you to discover across the shops four floors. location: dover street market, dover street 17-18 [mayfair].
