there's never a dull moment at the w london, one of the british capital's most happening hotels. today, hot new band bigkids will take over the property with a unique interactive music experience, the first ever human jukebox in a hotel. with w hotels’ passion for music and supporting up-and-coming artists, the human jukebox event at w london will be a tribute to the u.k.’s wealth of emerging music talent, paying homage to what’s new and next in london, truly one of the planet’s leading creative hubs. so, what's the deal? from mid-afternoon today through to the following morning bigkids give exclusive performances of a selection of jukebox hits for hotel guests and visitors. they'll play on request from a set song menu, from live wake up calls to impromptu gigs throughout the w london and the street entrance. whether it's bowie in the bath tub or walk this way in the w lounge, the bigkids have got your covered! guests are invited to join in by tweeting their musical requests to bigkids [using #whumanjukebox] or by calling the hotel's concierge service and order a song on room service. additionally, the hotel's wyld bar, will play host to a human jukebox celebration later in the evening with the band taking to the decks, as well as continuing to perform hits live. bigkids are ben hudson [a.k.a. mr hudson, kanye west’s go-to collaborator] and singer-songwriter rosie bones, who've released their eclectic debut album, never grow up earlier this month. location: 10 wardour street [soho].
