dublin: triumphs

an exhibition of american artist richard tuttle just opened at dublin's the hugh lane. dubbed triumphs, it's in fact a site specific exhibition and collaboration with the artist, who has installed a multipart horizontal installation in the gallery's new wing that responds to the early georgian architecture of the main gallery. the show aims to reveal neoclassicism, the governance of imperial states and the power of the visual to silence language [on until apr 10]. location: charlemont house, parnell square north [ballybough]. © dublin city gallery / richard tuttle - village v installation
