wood wood showed its s/s 2013 collection at copenhagen fashion week. inspired by flower power and britain's late 1980s rave scene, the collection incorporates elements from the two movements, tweaked with the brand's signature aesthetics and paired with contemporary tailoring. owing much of its popularity to its street-cred style, these are very much visible but in a more sophisticated way. the colour palette features subtle colourways, selecting puce and brown tones to be the new base, along with classic navy, antique whites, army colours and grey melanges. yes, it's toned down but spiced up with popping blues and yellows, and a range of unique wood wood prints in distorted animal pattern, electric coloured florals and an ethnic bead print, all in a range of natural fabrics. shown here are eight looks from wood wood's s/s 2013 collection that we particularly like.
