brussels: bxl 2012 - dérives

we're kind of used to encounter his work in unexpected street locations in cities across the planet. mind you, we even keep discovering more and more in our hometown. we're obviously referring to the mosaic space invaders characters by french artist invader. for its 50th showcase alice gallery invited the paris-based creative to brussels and spice up the city with a new series of his signature mosaics. his show bxl 2012 - dérives opens fri - apr 20 [6pm] and features the results [mind you, a unique piece for each of his preferred street locations has been made] plus a series of paintings of rubik's cubes and sculptures. location: land van luikstraat 4 [downtown].
