weekday expands in berlin with a second store
in a
previous post we talked about
weekday's new store in downtown
berlin. well, the swedish brand just opened a second outlet elsewhere in the area, and this one's quite the minimalist stunner. it's designed by architecture practice
gonzalez haase which recently made quite a spectacular design statement with the interior of
andreas murkudis' new high-end fashion emporium in the german capital. although catering to a totally different market and clientele, it's interesting to see that
weekday makes a serious effort to avoid generic store interior design and decidedly opts for an environment with an edge. location: neue schönhauser strasse 17-18 [
