© lomography / photography: daphne horn - amsterdam's very own lomography gallery store after years of deliberation the lomography society opened a full-fledged branch in a four-storey building in the city's canal district. the lomography amsterdam gallery store is to become the epicentre of lomo-activity in the low countries, and next to retail space it obviously features a gallery and additional rooms where meetings and creative workshops will be held. while many of the building's original interior elements have been retained, it has been designed according to the brand's new aesthetic guidelines, featuring wooden boxes and mesh metal meticulously molded into suspended display walls. and ofcourse there's the signature lomowall, incorporating over 6,000 analogue shots of the dutch capital. the new store carries lomography's complete product line, ranging from the the classic lomo lc-a up to its latest la sardina trophy. location: herengracht 298 [centrum].
