gallery 33 is the new exhibition space and cultural extension of sorts of amsterdam-based digital agency present plus. for its inaugural show, which opens thu - oct 25 [5.30pm-7.30pm / invite only], the gallery has invited acclaimed london-based graphic designer noma bar to the premises. dubbed cut it out, the exhibition features bar's dog-shaped die cutting machine, a device that the designer puts to use during the opening weekend to create customized cut-outs for gallery visitors. and if you're dexterous, you can also opt for a d.i.y. session at one of the workshops. all materials can be purchased at the gallery. and obviously, a series of bar's work also adorns the venue's walls [on through dec 22]. location: pazzanistraat 33 [staatsliedenbuurt].
